Pay Rate - $145,000 - $160,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Walmart / Sam's Club Category Management, Sourcing & Private Brands Teams to develop product innovation & sourcing strategies to gain new distribution for both Mariani Brand and Private Brands items globally.
- Leverage Retail Link, ERP, other Business Intelligence, along with Supply Chain sources to proactively manage OTIF performance and optimize forecast accuracy.
- Manage execution of Mariani's supply agreement.
- Own the annual budgeting / business performance at Walmart & Sam's Club globally.
- Embrace Mariani's sustainability efforts at Walmart & Sam's Club through Project Gigaton.
- Be the champion for Walmart & Sam's Club, galvanizing an internal cross-functional team's performance to exceed service level and product performance expectations.
Position Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from a four year college or university, and have 10+ years of Key Account management experience, or a minimum of 5 years with Walmart or Sam's Club directly.
- Possess a broad understanding of the domestic CPG food industry, consumer trends, and the competitive landscape. Additional experience with international markets is a plus.
- The position is based at Mariani's Northern California HQ, with travel req. up to 30% of the time.
- Proficient with Retail Link, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP system, and syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen).
- Private Brands management experience is required. Experience with Great Value / Member's Mark Sourcing and Private Brands Teams, and their ProSpec/HIVE applications is a plus.
- Enhance assortment and product performance of Mariani branded products on Walmart.com.
